Since 2015 we’ve been helping growers and companies in finding the right partner for their products at a local and international level.

Most e-commerce websites just don’t fit to what really happens in the produce business. For example publish a bunch pallets in minutes, schedule inspections, have in a few lines all the summary of a wholesale deal or evaluate credit for new customers, here you can find all that and more.

With this platform we give users the broadest and clearest view of the market to get opportunities in a fast and reliable way. We are here to help wholesalers, importers, exporters, brokers, retailers and supermarkets.

We’re on BlueBook as FRESHIPS INTERNATIONAL LLC and we own a PACA license so our customers can feel safe working with us.

If you are looking to buy, you can find real products in your area, make offers, schedule inspections and buy from many sellers with just a few clicks.
If you are a seller, you can publish up to 100 pallets in 5 minutes with detailed characteristics, payment terms and prices. Decide who see the name of your company, sell “all or none” or just receive offers from buyers.
Either you are a buyer or seller, block companies you don’t want to do business with. They won’t see your products.

There are three ways to use our platform. The first option allows users to post for free, with a commission paid on each sale. The second option involves paying a fee per published pallet and the third option is a membership plan.

We don’t charge a commission for the products you buy.

Only the companies you decide to work with.
The name of your company is only revealed by email after you accept to work with the buyer.
Either you are a buyer or seller, block companies you don’t want to do business with. They won’t see your products.

We have a procedure for this scenario, the most important part is to notify claims@freships.com within 24 hours to start the claim process.

Yes, you receive an email with buyer’s name so you can decide to offer other credit terms than the one you published or just cancel the transaction.

Go to your dashboard, click on “Block,” and type the name of the companies you want to block.

Click on the yellow button in the table “Make an Offer,” send your price offer, conditions, and expiration date for the offer. If it’s accepted, you will receive an email to start the buying process.

Buyers click on “Schedule an inspection,” then they’ll receive by email 2 possible dates from the seller to inspect the products. If all is OK after the inspection, you will receive an email to start the buying process.

In the table, click on the pallets you’re interested in buying, choose if you want them delivered or not, and wait for the final approval of the payment terms from the seller.

To edit or delete the packing list or manifest sent uploaded in “One price for all pallets” you must send an email to commercial@freships.com
